Distances to swim:

1. long distances: about 4 km
   start in Warthe - around marker buoy - return to Warthe

2. short distance: about 2 km
   start in Warthe - around marker buoy - return to Warthe

3. for everyone distance about 0,8 km
start in Lasaan - around marker buoy

Conditions of
participation:

Minimum age for long distance: 16 years, short distance: 12 years.
For everyone distance of about 800 m: 6 – 60 years
Young people younger than 18 years need written permission from their parents.
The wearing of neoprene suits is permissable.

Time limit: 1,5 hours after first swimmer enters the water

AK K1 Date of birth 2001 – 1996,  age group: 6 – 11 years
AK K2 Date of birth 1995 – 1994,  age group: 12 – 13 years
AG   J1  Date of birth 1993 – 1992, age group: 14 – 15 years
AG   J2  Date of birth 1991 – 1988, age group: 16 – 19 years
AG   S1  Date of birth 1987 – 1968, age group: 20 – 39 years
AG   S2  Date of birth 1967 – 1948, age group: 40 – 59 years
AG   S3  Date of birth 1947 – ,         age group: from 6 years

Time table of competition:

^9:00 am:  Registration for start list at Lassan. Please show receipt of payment.

11:00 am:  Inauguration and instruction for the swimmers by the main-arbiter

11:30 am:  Start for the long, the short and everyone distance competition, afterwards award ceremony

Participant Safety Measure:

Guide boats, lifeguards, rescue team – It is mandatory that participants wear the swimming caps wich will be provided by the organizers.

Care support:

There will be offcial transportation of bags and clothes from start to finish. Hot and cold beverages, and also lunch, will be provided for all swimmers and officials. Showering facilities (cold water) will be available.
